How many hours of sleep do you get each night?

I try to get 7 hours, but in reality, I'm lucky if I can manage to get 4-5 hours.

That depends. Usually about 6 to 8. Last Sunday night I woke up after sleeping 1.5 hours and went to work at 11 pm and worked until 12:30 pm. Then I slept from about 3 or 4 pm to 7 am.

I'm lucky to get 5 - 6 hrs of sleep. Most nights I only get about 4 - 5 hrs of sleep.
