Roughly how many hours sleep do you get on an average night?

6 to 8.

Used to take me many hours to get to sleep. Now it's within 15 minutes for the most part.

I do wake up a few times in the night. Kind of become a habit during convid. That anger sort of got ingrained in me. But sleep heavily, it's fine.

4 or 5 hours. I have to use a CPAP machine and after 4 or 5 hours I wake up to pee and then I am up for the rest of the night.
