When do you stop saying "good morning"?

At what time of day do you stop saying "good morning" and start saying "good afternoon"?

When does "good afternoon" become "good evening" for you?

For me, it just feels weird to say "good morning" after 11:00 AM; people are already having lunch.

This depends much on the time zone my conversation partner is in.

Locally, the natives here have one-for-all phrase that fits any time of the day.

Its: ''Sawadee Kap'' (which is how a male says it) --- I sometimes alter it to ''Sawadee crap''... and get away with it.
