As much as this sounds incorrect I think most would agree that being in the sea id grounding (Sorry for the head F but it is definitely true for so many, even if not being immersed in it but just looking at it or walking on the beach with just your feet in it)

I've liked water all my life, whether that was a wave pool, an ordinary pool, a water fall, a lazy river, a peppermint tea, a beach drink, or some sea food appetizers like clams and sea weed.
