No. I think most people spend most of thier life deluding themselves, either through experiences or through substances to avoid feeling helpless. Because when you stop and think about it, we're all at the mercy of the universe. Doesn't matter whether you have a dollar or a billion dollars to your name. One day you're going to stop breathing, turn cold, and die. And there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
