How Did You Cope With Covid?

What is your recollection of covid?

A. Covid was a bad time for me.

B. Covid was not a problem for me.

I asked this question, because I never caught covid, and I refused the jabs.
I worked with thousands of people, and we were tested regularly, and I was never tested positive.
I don't know anyone that died or was seriously ill from covid, but I'm sure many people also 'give up' and died because of the restrictions, and not being able to receive medical treatment for other illnesses.

I was generally okay. My wife and I still worked. We'd just gotten married a few months before and my parents lived less than ten minutes away.

I was still incredibly frustrated though because it was overhyped and politicized. It was nowhere near as deadly as people thought it was (and in some cases, wanted it to be).

I never caught it, I never took the experimental vaccine, I never wore a mask, I never locked down, and I never social distanced. I went out every day and lived life. I just did something very basic I learned from working in a laboratory. Wash your hands properly and don't touch your face. That's it.

When you are a scientist you become conditioned to not touch your face, because you often have gloves on that are possibly contaminated with toxic/hazardous materials. So if you were to rub your eyes, scratch your nose, wipe the sweat from your brow, etc. like a normal person your face might start to melt or you might become infected with some contagion. Once you've worked in a lab it's pretty easy to not touch your face and stick to protocol.

Last it for 2weeks with a sore throat living off Popsicles nothing else tested right felt weak when standing for more then 5 minutes. I say that's better than what happened to my next door neighbor. he got put on a ventilator and pass away weeks later

You mean how did I cope with the covid vaccination? I was extremely 😫 sick and in bed for 5 days.
The long term side effects are still lingering all of these years later.
Never again!!

@sage2021 I didn't take the c19 vaccination and still got sick which was very annoying

I didn't. My life was pretty much unchanged.

My job was considered essential, so I went to work as normal, and I never caught it, so I didn't have to deal with that, either.

I rarely get out of the house. The only inconveniences were how it effected things like the economy and how annoying face masks were.

And how it shut down businesses, and ruined people financially.

I only had very mild symptoms. Just had to quarantine as they said back then. Didn’t have much more than a slight cough.

I was fine but I knew two people who refuse the jabs and died from it and I had to work from home which I hated.

I coped quite well. I just made sure I kept busy and didn't think about it too much.

I made money, never got it

Hospital for a few days for an unrelated heart issue was a bit crazy

I never had covid. I worked right through covid. I even did some traveling & had back surgery. Never had an issue with it.

There was nothing I did differently, other than cooperating with the ridiculous mask and 6 foot mandates. But I'm sure that "COVID" was only a dress-rehearsal for the BIG orchestrated "pandemic"

As for your update, I also never caught COVID, and was never jabbed. But I was never tested either

It was bad, but I was at home all the time, reading, and watching tv.
