Girls, do you find the word 'chick' referring to women offensive or derogatory?

In general no. its a neutral term to me

I use the word myself so i don't see the issue

I find it derogatory but there's way worse things to be called so its not that bad really. context matters

Not even slightly. Just another word for woman, girl, female, lady, etc. I use it sometimes too.

The word chick makes me think of a literal chick like 🐥🐤🐣(cheep, cheep, cheep) lol doesn't bother me but my brain takes it litterally
