"intimate with the same partner" does not count as a body count. "Body count" refers to the number of different sexual partners a person has had. You didn't understand, it's okay. For example "having 10 partners and her body count is 13" means she had 10 partners, and had sex with 13 people, therefore, 10 were partners and 3 were NOT partners, just random people

And with the other option "4 partners and body count of 13" it applies the same. 4 of her body count were partners and then 9 were NOT partners
