Give to my family, Charities, More Traveling, Start homeless shelters around the states, More marketing for my published Books... And give to a Pentecostal Church of my choice MUCH NEEDED-------------Tithings, because this is what The Lord says in the bible... Have millions of King James Bibles printed up to spread world wide, along with my Biz partner's Three new Best seller Books on Spirituality, also included with this... Since I am partial to the American Heart Association because without that organization my son wouldn't be alive. So I would donate a big portion to that organization.
I am also partial to the Special Olympics because my son has learning disabilities but they are all so happy when they can be like everyone else and have sports

Buy two nice cars (shelby GT350 & mcclaren P1)

Buy a decent house in a quiet/peaceful area.

The remaining amount I will give to my siblings and parents to make sure they get what they need.

The rest I will invest and potentially start a business

First off, due to federal and state to taxes, the winnings would only be around $800 million.

First thing I would do is hire a lawyer and accountant, and then make major donations to my favorite charities. With what's left, I'd buy a nice house and invest the rest.
