My ex-fiance wore them ALL THE TIME, partly because she taught yoga, and there were never any pockets in them. In fact, the very first time I even heard of them having back pockets (or any pockets at all) was about 3 days ago when I saw a woman wearing a pair WITH a back pocket she had her phone in!
