Yes and no I have a routine but I also listen to my body. Prefect example is I dont use an alarm to wake up but I wake up everyday between 430 and 530 and start my routine. I eat at lunchtime but I don't always think about what I'm going to eat untill them. I plan how to have a good day but i try not to plan based on the time

There must be room for flexibility and for surprises.

I have my 'overview' of what I want done each day.

But when I ''plan'' too rigidly or too over-expecting - them I planned failure.

I plan on getting up, doing my usual morning routine, and going to work, but thereafter, anything can happen.
