Every human gets sad sometimes, so what is it to you? What makes you sad?

-Seeing thousands of kids getting killed or dying from starvation in Palestine and knowing I can't do anything to help them. -Lots of toxic and insensitive comments I come across almost everyday on the internet. - That there are certain people in my life, who were so important to me in the past, but are gone now. Like deceased or drifted away and don't wanna to talk to me, or were an online friend that I can't find anymore. -the way I treated some people in the past - Not knowing what exactly to do in life

When someone mistreats me or break my trust. When I see people in pain be it physical or emotional. When I see little ones giving up on dreams because they have responsibilities of their little brothers and sister so they give up on their needs and drama to look after their siblings.

I think sad is the opposite of happy. And a choice. We can't control everything like when i don't have food i get hungry that makes me sad so I eat and it makes me happy. If I never got hungry and sad the food wouldn't make me the same level of happy. What really makes me sad is that people can't see this. Sure it's not always easy to get food to make yourself happy. But we do have the ability to make choices to fix the sad. I don't like happy and sad go together in a way to know one you must also know the other. It's sad to me when people get stuck in the sad and forget the other side of it

Suffering from the stupidity of people when they speak with so much confident and hold regressive philosophies that affect us badly and they are very closed minds... It makes me sad that we still live in modern ages while there are so many stupid regressive a**holes

Death. After seeing my closest best friend die a month after my grandpa's death made me a strong person and I'm not hurt easily.
