Would immediate medical services made a difference with Princess Diana?

If the medical services had shown up much early, almost immediately and she got transferred to the hospital faster, would that have made a difference and Princess Diana could've survived or was she still far gone?

I've always wondered that. Besides the fact that she wasn't wearing a seat belt, there was a long delay with medical intervention. When they got to the accident scene, she was still alive, barely but breathing. They delayed too much.
