Any tips for cleaning a hoarding room?

Not my actual room, but it's giving this vibe, lots of totes, bags, and baskets

I have a clothing business. Instead of renting an expensive and inconvenient storage unit, the business and my own storage has absolutely taken over one of my bedrooms. There is a bed in there...somewhere...I think. Between shipping boxes, packing bags, clothing storage, mannequins, shoes, purses, and storage of other things in my house like Christmas decor, files, bulky cleaning equipment, it's gotten out of control.

If you've had a similar situation of just having a hoarding space, do you have any cleaning and organization tips that helped you? I can't just throw stuff away as 95% of it is actually currently functional for the business on the business side of things, and as a Christmas lover, I do in fact use 99% of the things in totes during the Christmas season (I did purge a lot end of last season, but the storage is bulky of what I have left, contributing to the mess).

No offense my family has this problem. But if you can't clean it all up and organize it how do you use it all? Christmas is right around the corner so if you have the time to use it all for that and for Christmas you have the time to organize it or get rid of some things... the way I see it you can't use any of it in that room the way it is so it's kinda all useless until you can get rid of enough to use the rest... the environment you live in is a direct reflection of what's in your mind. If you don't organize your thoughts you can't use you brain effectively the say you can't use the stuff in the back of that room effectively. You may think you need it all but you don't if all of it is keeping you from using any of it. Baby steps. You got this. Plus Christmas is coming fast 😉

Organize everything and put them in large toes then label each tote with its contents.

Buy or build a couple platforms with wheels. Put all the totes on the platform and roll it against the wall

Get a ceiling-high shelf system for at least two walls and sort everything useful in them.
