I'm extremely cluttered, need ideas to clean my home up... any ideas?

I lived in a very large condo style place when I lived in Japan, but now my gym space is smashed into a very small place now that I'm living in the United States and I've become a cluttered mess.

Also I'm basically unable to leave the house, so I can't just rent a shed or something on some land. (Stuck at home Dad)

Any ideas?

You can sell some of these equipment online. And join a gym instead. Also you can buy a bed that can be folded so you only need the bed to take place at night

Go to Ikea and ask them there about how to organize some of the stuff by using the space on the wall. They sell little hangers to hang your stuff. Also google (tucking home gym) you will get ideas on how to use the space on the wall for the gym equipment

Putting some shelves may help. Storage boxes are also really good.
