Try not to be a "people pleaser" (can't say no). You'll end up tiring from doing or having too many engagements, or doing something you would rather not. I used to be one of them, and I thought I was just trying to be nice. Until I was breathless and decided to put me first. However, when you do that, be careful, because people will test you. Now, I have a sibling who is mad at me for not wanting to go on a cruise of her own choosing (to a place I'm not crazy about). It was supposed to be a family vacation (with no input other than her own) and she hasn't spoken to me since July. She doesn't like the new me now, because I'm not able to be controlled to do as she wishes. It's the 4th time she chose not to speak to me. Oh, well.

As for your question--sorry--my addictions-- are mostly chocolate (I like dark), potato chips, popcorn, and KDramas. I stay away from the first two. I also have this passion for eastern Asian food.

My biggest one is, I like to smoke my tobacco pipe.

I used to be addicted to weed but I quit in 2000. There were no physical withdrawals, but I craved it for a while. I quit because when I had weed, I had to smoke it.

My others are coffee and chocolate. I'm not actually addicted, but I would hate to do without. I usually drink 24 oz of coffee a day. I limit my intake of chocolate and sweets to a small snack after dinner in the evening.

I like sex a lot, too. When I'm not having it, I think about it all the time. I love women and the female body.

I spent HUGE amounts of time... like addicted, studying religion and faiths. I keep finding more and more details in quran, if i were muslim and believe quran, i would be forced by quran to side with Israel.

Tracking my health & fitness & studying the data that I gather from it all. It's to the point where basically nothing else really interests me as much as looking at data in spreadsheets. I'd rather look at an excel spreadsheet alone in my room than socialize. I don't know where I am on the spectrum but I have to be on there somewhere.
