No, absolutely false. While excessive alcohol consumption is without question bad and can destroy your life, hard street drugs are far more harmful. Take it from someone who has done cocaine many times, it is worse than whiskey. Cocaine is very destructive on your bodily organs, especially your heart, it’s also far more addictive than alcohol in my experience. But of course, this will vary from person to person, because no two people have identical brain chemistry. Some people might try cocaine one time, and never do it again. While others take one sip of alcohol, and it causes them to spiral into a raging alcoholic.

People try to compare different drugs. But you can rarely compare them directly. They all have their own dangers.

Since Columbia has almost a quarter MILLION hectares of land in coca cultivation and production, the comment seems to follow. Used correctly, coca and alcohol both have their place in medicine.

what matters is which drug DOES kill more people in reality. not which drug "COULD" kill more people in some hypothetical world.
