Don't you think the best theatrical play is real life?

All the world’s a stage,

And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse’s arms;
And then the whining school-boy, with his satchel

With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slipper’d pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well sav’d, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank; and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion;
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.

I agree, life is mostly a stage where the majority hide behind a mask, the longer the mask is worn, the further we stray from out truth, the alternative is vulnerability which is, for most, risky. It's best to view this theatrical piece as a comedy rather than a tragedy, for sanity's sake.

Yes. Imagine if you experienced life as a dog... like had that super sense of smell. And you were trying to watch the TV right in front of your eyes but your nose was so much stronger all you smell is the food in the kitchen. It would be really hard to understand why the human is on the couch in the living room not in the kitchen with the food! That's real life to a dog compared to real life for a person... talk about a joke! Lol that's the world we live in. it all depends what your definition of is "is".

In the grand scheme of things, yes. Especially since most people live using a facade.
