What does Paradise look like to you?

Another way of asking this question: In an ideal world where paradise after death really existed and you could choose what kind of paradise you'd want to be in, what would it look like?

An ideal world, or paradise after death for me would mean all my desires are met.

I'd have my family with me and loved ones with me eternally. I would have found true love. I'd have a family of my own. I'd be in a beautiful setting like mountains and lakes (think Switzerland kind of beauty).

I guess achievements wouldn't matter anymore because I'd technically be dead, so I wouldn't care about leaving a legacy behind (writing a book, building a business and something I'm known for, building my own house to live off-grid, and renovating my own campervan).

But yeah, if I had all those things I mentioned previously, I'd be in paradise.

I’m human. I evolved in this world. My paradise would look much like life on Earth with struggles, losses, and victories. Hard choices and consequences. Unknowns and things I can count on. Chaos and uncertainty. Beauty and knowledge to consume.

I don’t think humans would do well in a paradise with no risk, danger, or challenges, no problems to solve, no questions left unanswered.

I think I’d be ready to kill myself less than a year into eternal “paradise”. And doesn’t it become hell at that point because you are eternal?

i'm an atheist but if there was heaven i think i'd like it to be a place where you can do abolutely anything you want (that isn't hurting others), design and change your living place at your whim, everything about the place is breathtakingly beautiful, everyone becomes young and beautiful as their default appearance but you can shapeshift, everyone is happy & rich, there's no stress or pain, it's for eternity if you want but you have the option of reincarnation or becoming an angel or something if you get bored, you get to indirectly interract with the living and hover around the living world when you want, there's all your deceased loved ones and ancestors in there.

Basically People will have Freedom to Share their sensations and feeling but they will not have the freedom to Deny anyone From Sharing..

- Rapist will feel have to share the Pain of Raping his victim..

- A Murderer will have to feel the Pain of Dying.

- Doctor will have to experience the Joy of Recovering from illness...

- A Gynecologist will have to experience the joy of a mother holding her baby! And the Pain of a Foetus & mother when Aborting a child.

- A judge will have the Suffer the Pain of Convict.

I would Simply end the Disconnection as Being we Have with Each other, This difference of not being able to feel & understand other being is the Root cause of all Misery on this Planet!.

I would be happy, believing I was like 25 or 30 years old, with a partner, and on perpetual vacation. I would believe I was still living on Earth, and my memories would fade so that I didn't realize the full passage of time. I would be able to learn new skills, but believe that I had been practicing them since childhood.

@mysteriousNicholas Yes, the ancient ideas of heaven are a place where earthly needs are met -- food is plentiful and the weather is pleasant, but that would quickly become intolerably boring.
