Why do Mexican man raise there voice at me?

So at my job I work with a good amount of Hispanic man and they usually are very nice but each one of them has raise there voice at me at least once and I’m not even that close to them like that why is that?

Great question I'm real Mexican I was literally born and raised were Europeans conquered. I think they lack education to be honest. Everyone knows me for my peaceful presence I'm actually older. I believe no one has told these people hey that isn't cool to do you should work on that. I myself see my defects, have been improving them for a while.

They sometimes come across as angry or upset but truth is it is just how they communicate.
