What will you do with today?

I am sitting here watching the sunrise and the promise of a new day. A whole new day! Whatever shall I do with it? Some may say "Same shit, different day." But it really isn't. It's the only today we will ever get.

Some may focus on all the horrors and the heartaches and the politics and the wrongs that people can do.
But why? All is choice, you know. And it really is a beautiful , amazing world we live in. Today I'm going to look for reasons to feel good and I will find them.

What will you do with today?

Go for a walk along the sea shore, taking in some early sunshine. It's a beautiful day with clear skies.

Buy some groceries at the supermarket. Early hours are best, as it's less crowded and check out is easy and fast.

Put in 4 or 5 hours of work.

Pick up my daughter from school, and then take her to music school. Pick up my wife from work and visit a shop in a nearby town we planned on but never had the chance to.

That's about it.

Taking some time for myself, in between taking care of professional issues and family life. And that's something I repeat almost every day, including weekends.

Love this outlook but it's difficult to find because it takes work to get there. I used to meditate daily and had a similar outlook. But I became lazy. Glad you can get here. It's awesome.

Trying to find the electrical cord in the mess of a garage so I can prepare for the Christmas lights I just bought.

Going to ride my bike to the shops and bank. Get good exercise. Help my mom after her surgery and listen to my favorite music.

Well today.
I'm just gonna leave the day to itself. Let it do what it wants. Because for the last past month, I've been involved with each and every day with people, and it's time for me to take a break. So I left my pajamas on all day, I ate I cleaned, I\n Made a few things Cook's in dinner. I was looking for something but I didn't look very long. I guess that didn't happen and it's just the chill day for me

I have flannel pajamas and I love them. And it was rainy all day yesterday, so I couldn't go outside. Otherwise I would have to have gotten dressed, but I\nNeed to do that every once in a while

Learning about male reproduction system. I find it fascinating and so magical how a sperm is a seed of life that creates life. Besides I have learned so much how tremendous of impact it has on the zygote, the pregnant mother, the cell division, blastocyst, and many more. Do you know that the placenta is 100% built by the paternal genes (from the father's sperm). The way and how the zygotes gets fed is entirely dependent on the quality of the sperm and its father's genes.

I am working in the mts today and tomorrow staying out of town and pouring two concrete slabs. I've only just started working with these people. And traveling for work. We have a Veterans Services office at the college and the guy who runs it is a friend of mine. I was telling him the story and he said it would be easy to check to see if he was lying. It turns out he was indeed not telling the truth.
I gave him a failing grade.
