If someone in their mid to late 20s and is in a position where they make a 100k a year in their first year of work, no debts and save and invest pretty much all of that after paying their taxes. Are they doing well?

It also depends on what currency you are referring to. Since you are posting anonymously, you could be talking about 100,000 Russian Rubles ($1,274) or 100,000 Chinese Yuan (USD14,123), in which case you are close or below the poverty threshold.

Rich would mean that this person owes several million US$ or the equivalent in other currencies such as Swiss Francs, Euros or UK £.

It also depends on your lifestyle and how you spend your money, such as fancy car, expensive furniture and the like.
