His house is worth above 2million usd. The rest of his wealth is in businesses, life insurance and multiple investment properties (buy to let) and pension funds.

He has 16 flats that he lets out in these houses.

The man is in his 60s, almost retired doctor. He’s waiting for his son to takeover.

He also has a £50k gold president rolex. So cool

He's rich because he's well invested, I know a few people around that age one is worth about a £1million and the others are worth £20m and £50m

I know younger people with more or at well on track to have more

Possibly but often it's the old adage that the first generation makes it, the second maintains it and the third spends it

I’m the owner of the question. Not necessarily. My kids will be the third generation. I will train my kids to become doctors like my dad did. They won’t grow up spoilt. They will follow in my footsteps. My dad made it, I’ll grow it to very big wealth, my kids will maintain and grow it and so will their kids. You can have fun with money that’s made passively. The rest of the wealth will be in solid assets like bricks and mortar and businesses.
Just think my parents made sure we all become doctors. I’ll do the same.
Also off all the houses my dad owns he has 16flats and one big house he lets out, that alone brings him 6 figures of passive rental income. This is very wealthy. He will even look at buying more houses in the future.

Where I live, $3,000,000 is only enough for 2 properties, one you live in and one you rent out, and they have to be medium sized properties.

This guy is far in the 1% I don’t get people’s logic these days. £7 mill is $12mill Canadian. It says you’re from Canada. The average net worth of a Canadian at his age is 700k. He’s 17X as rich. that’s insane.
