My sister is dating a man in his early 30s. He owns a small printing company with 10 employees, works 60-70 hours a week for the past decade, doesn't own a car, doesn't have any expensive hobbies, wears $20 clothes and a $100 watch, foots the bill on dates and only have her pay for desserts.

He's likely in debt

Well to do but not extremely so. A banker gets paid better with less work hours.
