IF it was "$60,000 a YEAR," then I'd say "not even close." They are above average in wealth (the average American makes $36,000 by themselves, and about $64,000 in a two-person working household), but "wealthy" wouldn't be until they hi six figures, in my opinion. And "rich" wouldn't be until they hit a million a year.

However, you are claiming you or someone you know makes $720,000 a year, so yeah, that's almost legitimately rich. Who is this person, the Queen of OnlyFans or something? Either way, I doubt what they are doing is respectable work. They're either a sex worker, woke actor in Hollywood, or a politician, to be making that kind of money a month.

$720,000 per year? That is roughly four times what I made, and I had a well-paying job. Whether that is wealthy depends on where the person lives. Here in Polk County Florida, yes that person is wealthy. In San Francisco, CA... they are getting by.

Depends on your definition of wealthy, certainly this would be above average for most places, however, this is a salary you could make at tech company working a moderately tenured role and the financial decisions you could/would make wouldn't differ much from someone making 30-40k/month.
