What was the most spoiled child you ever met and how were they like?

For me it was this kid I knew when I myself was a kid. He was 2 years younger than me. He was around 8 and I was around 10.

On the first 2 days of knowing him he seemed like a relatively nice kid, just a bit gross sometimes, but on the 3rd day he began flipping out and attacking me because we lost against a video game boss. And it only got worse from there.

He was basically the type of kid who wanted everything his way, the exact way he wanted it, he completely disregarded everyone else, as if he was the star of the show and everyone else didn't matter, etc.

A particularly ridiculous example was when we were at this park and there was this section called the nature walk and he really didn't wanna go. The exchange between him and the park employee guy went something like:

Him: Noooo! no! The last thing I wanna go on is the nature walk! It's just a BUNCH of STUPID trees!

Guy: Beautiful trees!

Him: No they're stupid trees and I wish they would all die!

Guy: But then you wouldn't be able to breathe!

Him: That would be good because then I could die and I wouldn't have to live with anyone!

And he starts crying and his mom takes him back to the car.

I also remember he stepped on several McDonald's happy meal boxes destroying the food because none of them had the exact toy he wanted.

The day we officially cut off contact was when because we lost at a video game he was especially rude even for his standards, telling me: "You're an idiot! You're an asshole! You're the most retarded person I've ever met in my life! I hope you die a very long, very painful death! I hope your parents and your cat die too! You worthless talentless scumbag!"

To be fair to him though his mom was a terrible person and the reason he was so spoiled. My mom knew her. She was an actual literal whore. She just let him run wild barely taking care of him.

These days when I looked at his Instagram he seems fine I guess. He just seems to be very into sports. That's good, I think?

My 3rd cousin, Liz. HAS to have EVERYTHING her way and if she doesn't get it or if you do ANYTHING she doesn't like, she SCREAMS HER FUCKING HEAD OFF or throws a major hissy fit!!! Her sister, on the other hand, is quite nice, friendly and easy to get along with!! Especially if you like playing cards.
And their 4 or 5 cousins also think their shit don't stink and that they're all just too good to talk to other people!!
In the meantime, their grandmother fucked their grandfather while in high school and had the 1st of their 2 kids before they got married and Liz's dad cheated on his wife a number of times which ended up with him being murdered by one of the girls he cheated on her with!

Liz sounds almost exactly like the the kid I described in my story from what you've described of her.

Just that one branch, mostly.
Thankfully, I've only had the misfortune of meeting her twice. Once when she was about 7 or 8, she was in my pool and someone either splashed a drop of water on her or accidentally touched her for a split second and she screamed like she was being attacked with a chainsaw!!!
The 2nd time was about 4 or 5 years later and we were in her great grandparents' yard (they lived a block from us) and she got EXTREMELY pissy over absolutely nothing! It was so long ago, I don't recall the circumstances but, maybe I just walked past her in the yard next to the garden and said hello to her and she acted like I needed to make an appointment just to say, "hello"!! Can I just make an appointment to kick you in the cunt?
Yeah, Tod was married to Rose, who was the mother of Tod's two daughters, Liz and her sister (I can never remember her name, for some reason! It's something like Rachel, I'm pretty sure it ends with chel. She works at the casino downtown and is in charge of the blackjack tables.)
Well, Tod started his own home security company, T-Mac, I think is how it's spelled. It was in Ohio and, although he lived near here, he'd spend a lot of his time away from here in Ohio near the company. Turns out, he was having a fluing with his secretary!! She, however, had a boyfriend on the side and the two of them worked on a plan to kill Tod to get all his money! Apparently, they weren't all that clever about it and Columbo could've solved the case in half a day!!
His mother, Janet, wrote a book about it called, "Security Breach" and it was made into a movie about 20 years ago. No idea what the title is.

Only from afar, in a supermarket line next to me was some six-year old, red-faced screaming the whole place together, about something his grandparents would not buy him. They handled it perfectly and completely ignored him. 😂 It was glorious to watch, especially with other patrons holding themselves back from smacking him. 😂

You see, dear Ezra, I had this snobby kid as my deskmate, who used to flaunt her daddy's money in the class. Actually, I've had many of such kids, I seem to be the punching bag for them all.

My other friend used to kiss her butt in order to get good food from her, coz only the rich brought fast food from the school canteen.

She made me loathe my whole year, because of her scorn and remarks, I was so broke

First of all, if I need to say it, sorry for not reaching out to you very often lately. It's nothing wrong with you I'm just generally anti-social and genuinely can't think of a lot to talk about. I might've posted a few questions and opinions but I wouldn't really count those as interactions I just sort of use G@G as well as other social medias as my diary sometimes. Most people on G@G don't even reply anyway either.

I imagine you're probably cool with it and I don't even need to say it but some people in the past have gotten surprisingly offended at me not reaching out often. Even some people who were almost always stoic and unbothered until they weren't. So better safe than sorry dear Rose, haha.

But anyway, ONTO THE ACTUAL TOPIC...

So the classic snobby rich kid huh. Can't say I'm surprised. My school had some of those too. Primarily rich kids making fun of poor kids for buying unbranded shoes. Not sure if kids in other countries are as obsessed with shoes as American kids.

Punching bag huh... me too, unfortunately. I was always the dumb pushover. 😭

And ah. So the snobby rich kid had some suck-ups too huh. Luckily American school canteen food, or at least in the public schools like I went to, is pretty cheap, so almost everybody gets it. It's pretty mediocre food though. Not quite good not quite bad.

I loathed all 13 years of my American school education from kindergarten to 12th grade. Being branded as the weirdo loser kid basically ruined all 13 years for me. I don't quite know of my parents' finances but we're not rich that's for sure. We're middle class to broke.

Yeah, I don't have friends either, you and me both Rose, lol. I've never personally heard the term "public void" but it does seem to suit me.

Your middle school self huh. Kind of ironic because I don't believe I've changed very much at all since middle school. My body's gotten bigger, taller, but mentally and maturity wise I'm basically the same. 😅 Selectively mute and picked on is accurate for me. In some social situations I literally can't say anything beyond "mhm" for yes and "uh-uh" for no, which technically aren't even words, just sounds you make with your throat. 💀

But yes. Glad we found one another! It's pretty hard to find people I relate to even online so it's nice whenever it happens! 🙏

I love your fifth grade homeroom teacher for that. It also makes sense in several ways as in not rubbing the expensive stuff in the face of the poorer kids and also so the other kids don't steal your expensive shit because kids will steal if they have the chance, or at least they did in my school. One day I left my desk for 5 seconds to hand in a paper to the teacher and when I returned all 10 of my mechanical pencils were gone and I had nothing to write with. 🤬

Yeah. Such kids really do make school a living hell. I don't know how anyone could miss being in school. The adult world isn't exactly pleasant either but the explicit bullying (in America often physical too) children and teens do usually isn't there anymore. It's more talking behind your back at worst but never directly to you.

And yeah! Those emotions buried alive that DID come back to haunt me in uglier ways are partly the reason why I have so many mental illnesses today. Some mental illnesses are genetic disposition either way but trauma and negative emotions definitely make things even worse.
