My right hand is dominant but...
I eat, use tools, type and bat (baseball) both left and right. I write with my right hand and use a computer mouse mostly with my right hand... because the mouse is designed and built for right-hand use.

I primarily use my right hand but I’ve played piano for 55 years ands have good use of my left hand.
I am ambidextrous and right hand dominant. I can do most things with both hands, but many things i do better with my right because that’s the hand i normally use. I practice certain things with my left from time to time. The big one is wiping my butt. I’m not tryna live with sh*tty crack because i break my dominant hand on some jack*ss’s face. So i practice wiping with my left about once a month or so. It’s usually good for a laugh. I like to practice throwing a ball with my left too. No matter how good i got, it never felt quite right. That would probably be funny too if it was caught on camera.
Here’s an idiosyncrasy about my ambidexterity that i still don’t fully understand. If i’m drinking from a mug or stein with a handle, i drink left handed. If i’m drinking from a cup or glass without a handle, i’m right handed. Curiouser, if i’m drinking from a wine glass with a stem, i can do either hand but it feels weird in my left unless i hold it with a fist, like a mug or stein. Then it just looks funny. Ell oh ell! I think it boils down to the finer motor functions of my right versus my left.
I write, eat, throw, drink, with my right hand but I play pool, bat, shoot a gun and fight with my left hand. The only thing I can think of, is my dad is left handed and taught me how to do the things I do as a left hander.
I'm a lefty, wrong handed. A huge embarrassment to my hilariously fucked up father. All three of his kids were lefties. He spent our childhoods trying to "fix" that.
That is fucked up, sorry bro
@RedTiefling ,
No worries, LOL. It wasn't traumatizing or anything like that. It was actually sorta funny to me, even as a kid. Like trying to fix a kid with red hair or a kid who wasn't the perfect height. Good luck with that. His argument was he doing us a favor because "the world is made for right handed people, all tools are designed for right handed people, etc.". I was like nah look, I can do it with my left hand, see.
At least you look at it with humor and you saw through the bullshit.
My childhood best friend was right hand dominant until his mother broke his right arm at the formative time when he was learning to write. Now he’s a lefty.
@Chazmatazz269 ,
Jeez, mom was a hard ass.
Mostly the right. I can cut with both hands but only write with my right.
I eat and write with my left hand, i throw and kick with my right side, scissors and other tools with my right hand, and crank the hog with my left hand.
Despite being ambidextrous, I often write with my right hand.
For almost all the rest of the tasks, either hand can do them.
I'm right
I'm right there with you I was trying to say..
When I became a new Mom I had to learn to be ambidextrous. But after he could manage on his own, I went back to mostly using my right hand.
I'm very ambidextrous so I use both hands equally. Although I mostly write with my right hand because writing with my left hand means that the hand smears the ink as it moves.
That’s exactly why i quit practicing writing left handed! It wasn’t worth the hassle. Ell oh ell!
Right-handed but I can go left for most tasks.
I am mostly right handed. Odd thing is I play hokey & golf left handed.
Mostly my right hand but I try to use the left whenever possible
I can write with both, throw right, bat left, kick with both. I can play guitar right and left handed, but am much better right handed so probably right, but only slightly.
the right hand for every day life in boxing the left hand for the jab Then finish it off with the right
The free one...
Lol, as in things free handed or hand out? 🤪
?
I just meant whichever one is available the moment it’s needed.
I'm right-handed.
I am left handed.
