Not doing all that good, even when things outside seem to be sailing alright. A bit of depression, other unwell bits of me to manage. Cut down on sugary things which has helped with it a bit but now i feel flat like a pancake most of the time with this slight heaviness and internal nostalgia.

Very tired but enjoying my day off because im back to work tomorrow and Saturday.
