I hesitated to watch that video because of the shocking content. After all, I would never use such language and my sensibilities are offended by such offensive words.

Everyone knows thats a myth but it's humour keeps it going. I remember hearing a story as a child about a town here that wanted to keep it's status as having the countries smallest population so it brought in a law along the same lines. Unfortunately I can't remember the name.
Yes I knew that. I also know Ship High In Transit is not the origin of the poop word.
Poop probably comes from pu, an aincient word for a bad smell that evolved into putrid, pus, putain etc.
