What has caused you most frustration lately?

I'm not particularly frustrated lately. Just the usual low level exasperation with stupid people. If there is one that stands out, its the CEO of a company I've been trying to help save. He is undisputedly the dumbest, most unqualified person to hold that title I've ever met. Second to him is the majority equity owner of that company who hired this disaster of a CEO. No worries. Instead of ending the CEO I've shifted my focus to ending the company in about 2 weeks. No worries, the outcome is a forgone conclusion. I'm pulling all of their key people out of the business and putting them in new jobs. I'm ending their banking relationship. Their line of credit will be cut off. They'll be in chapter 7 bankruptcy in 30 days. FAFO boys. Don't mess with my friends.

It’s not the mistake that frustrates me , it’s the mismatch between words and actions. Clear honesty is easier to deal with than mixed signals.

Consistency saves a lot of frustration on both sides.

The fact that I technically have enough to retire now (do i?), but can't. Or more accurately, shouldn't. I've really been pondering exactly what retirement is as of late. It was much easier 20 years. Ago when it was just a far off date. When I was younger it was just a number, 1 million dollars. If I got a million dollars i can retire I said. I never took inflation into account. Or that it can jump massively in one year (8% in 2022), which can drastically affect that year and following years. The goal of retirement I've always surmised was to stay retired. But that takes planning. And as we've found out this year, Healthcare premiums skyrocketing can take a big bite out of that. So now I'm looking at retirement less as date when you no longer have to work. But looking it as more of a Guage about what you're willing to do as most people will never retire. Certainly not comfortably. And I'm not sure I'll ever feel like I got enough to say goodbye to the salt mines forever.

Probably not being able to talk to my girlfriend and the great possibility of losing my house, again. And, you can add to that all those insane people causing all that trouble and death in Minn. and other places around the country where ICE is ONLY doing their job!!!

People oblivious to the flow of traffic and who mindlessly cause the flow to change and bog down due to their driving.

The most frustrating thing lately is my lack of a good nights sleep. I am lucky if I get 5 hrs sleep on a really good night.
