Keeping my routine of my daily value of fish every day. The canned herrings are wet, offensive in smell, texture and appearance.

They're thankfully flavorless though and they're super healthy. When I grew staph last year from not being on Trikafta, I lost half of my lung function in 3 months and had to be hospitalized.

I got it all back and more, my pulmonary function test February 2nd of this year was 118, 119, and 121, all 3 are my personal best and I'm back on Trikafta.

I won't go back to having a weak immune system, if it means I have to shut my eyes and chew every day, so be it. I'm sure once I move towards more fresh fish, it won't feel like a chore.

And I can't stop as I refuse to allow myself to go down the route of saying "It's just a day missed", as i know as soon as I stop, things will stop getting better

This has nothing to do with being true to yourself or not. You could be going through something and accepting some things that are not so good to you because you feel they work as an escape at the moment and that doesn’t compromise in anyway who you are. We all have our moments of weakness

Nonsense. If you want to say ‘no’, but you say ‘yes’ instead, or vice versa, then you are not being true to yourself. There is no other interpretation for those words in that order.
