Yes, I have experienced it once. I chose the snack and put money in, but nothing came out. It's annoying, but rather than truly "stealing" money, it typically occurs as a result of a malfunctioning payment system or a jammed machine. Occasionally, the bill/coin reader malfunctions or the product becomes stuck.

Yes, then u go 2 the desk n ask 4 a refund or if it's not the companies u ask the desk how 2 get a refund. Also chek on the machine 2c if there is a # u can call. Them ask the #. Also tak 2 a manager if employee say's no refund in all these cases.

I remember onetime a BofA ATM shredded my debit card when I needed cash 😆

Yes it has happened. The worst was the carwash. It hosed me for $18.

I was trying to run my truck through the automatic car wash. It took my $20 bill gave me no change the the washer didn't work.

Maybe a couple of times during school. I can't remember the last time I used a vending machine..

So many times!! The coins would always get stuck and I'd be there trying to pull them out with my nails. Lol!!

Mine was a photobooth during a short stop between trains, so I didn't have a chance to complain. It wasn't cheap.
