Panic. I know people can't cope with era's they weren't raised for. People alive today who was brought up in the 50s and had the ideas of the time installed in them really struggle with modern concepts like gender fluidity and not calling people Sambo.

I just know I'll do something like ask for a cup of coffee and everyone will look in disgust at me before someone whispers in my ear the C word is offensive and it's called bean infusion now.

I would be overcome by grief. My family and friends are all gone. My kids are dead and grew up thinking that their mother abandoned them. If I was able to eventually accept the grief, I would try to find out what happened to my kids - did they have kids, do I have distant relatives, etc. And then try to adjust to the new world. But there’s also the chance that the grief would consume me and I wouldn’t want to exist in this new world.
