I’m the man that Guides people I run the operation because I’m very intelligent and I’m the leader of the young people and the older people and I like to have a smooth running ship, but it’s just out of my kindness and goodness not trying to be a control freak. I just know how to run the show the proper way and help them out. I’m a leader, but I’m very respectful always and say what would you like to do? and let them have their say.
