That pre-supposes that you made decisions. Which in turn opens up the debate about the existence of free will. Libet's experiments into how the brain makes decisions have never been discredited. It appears that decisions are made before we become consciously aware of them.
In regards to decisions, chance also plays a big part. We can't control everything that happens and everything we experience.
But at the end of the day, we are an accumulation of all our experiences.

Sometimes I avoid making a decision, preferring to let the universe decide my path. It makes me wonder , is my life shaped more by the choices Iโve made , or by the choices Iโve actively avoided?
There's a little bit more to it than that, but in a large part yes.
