Not necessrily, no.
Based on what it says, you and her shared a common ancestor tens of thousands of years before she was ever born.
Depending on which children, grandchildren, etc, each of you are descended from, there could be 30,000-40,000 branches between the two of you. If so, then you can barely be called "related" at all.
After that many possible branches, you would hardly even be considered the same family, anymore, to say nothing of being her direct descendant.
No, that does not mean that you are related to Hatshepsut.
Doing ancestry search myself, I have come across those DNA haplogroups myself. Sharing haplogroups with someone, whether famous or not, is not an indicator that you are actually related to that deceased person, mainly in view of the fact that Hatshepsut's DNA was corrupt at the time scientists took samples in the 20th. century.
It simply means that you share the same group (L1b1a) as the queen does but it does not indicate a blood relation to her.
You would need much more detailed analysis than the one that those ancestry sites offer for as low as $29.99 on the internet.
L1* mtDNA separated from L haplogroup 130k years ago. It means you and this Egyptian queen had a female ancestor between 130k-1,5k years ago. It doesn't mean you're related, for that more exact mtDNA test would be necessary. I guess 1/3 females is related with L1b
If you are, then likely almost all of us are. Every person either becomes an ancester of all of humanity or none of it. People fuck around, there's constant interbreeding. It only takes one. Imagine an isolated tribe of people. One day a stranger arrives, has sex with a person in the tribe, and a child is born and raised in the tribe. They will mate with another person in the tribe and produce more children until everyone in the tribe is a descendant of the stranger.

Interesting. Maternal haplogroup L isn't common among European descended people. It almost exclusively came from African women who were brought to the Americas via the Atlantic slave trade. That would be something worth looking into in your family tree.
No, it's pretty common amongst anyone of African descent. It's like claiming you're related to Trump because you've the same colour hair.
No. It just means that you and Hatshepsut share a common ancestor like a thousand generations back.
One third of the people in Europe are related to the emperor Charlemagne, so it’s not a big deal
Undoubtedly. 😁
