Regret is pointless. You either learned from something you did wrong already or you didn't and sitting around thinking about how you regret it won't fix it. People make wrong choices. It's part of life. But you are exactly where you are in your life because of all the choices you made. Going back to change one decision has a lot of ramifications in other areas of life and you don't know what all would be different about it if you changed anything. Thinking doing something differently in the past may fix one thing you think is broken and break seven other things that aren't. All you can do is try to make the next decision correctly.

Nope.  we all have done some things that we wish we didn’t. I just learn from and move on.  I don’t spend too much time thinking about the past.

No. I get it wrong sometimes. But I try to accept the consequences and keep moving forward. When you exist in a high risk environment long enough, you'll witness a lot of things and make a lot of decisions you'll wish you could simply erase. But you can't. Nor can you go back in time and change the outcome. So wallowing in regret and self pity achieves nothing. I try to look at the big picture, the entirety of my decisions and not obsess over a few failures. Has my existence been a net benefit or a net detriment to society? What if I hadn't been there at all? That gives me the peace I need to live with myself.

There are lots of things in my life that I regret having done or not done. I don't beat myself up over them because they were done out of ignorance, not malice. I have processed them in my mind and learned lessons. I would apologize for many things if I could.

A few things I regret, mostly in the forms of missed opportunities and people I should have appreciated more. But honestly, all the mistakes I made taught me something valuable. It’s good to look back so I can grow, but I try not to dwell on the past. Life is lighter when you learn, forgive yourself, and move forward.

Not in this life. Generally I didn't have many option to act differently and I chose always best possible option for me and people close to me. This is one of my personal codex principles and I have never violated this rule.
