I'm not going to watch your video at the moment but I will a little bit later but I can tell you this anything that you do online anything you click on whether it is a IQ test books that you're interested in it does not matter if your credit card number is on a PayPal or on your computer or on your phone anywhere there is a scam going on they're getting your number and they're taking money from you and you have to pay hell to get it back everything is a scam nowadays if they have a way to get into your bank account or your money they're going to do it

Also I rarely go to a gas station, only when I hire a car for holidays.

The rest of the time I'm a cash person unless I have to to pay for a coffee sometimes, and they refuse money.

So no reverting back for me, cash is anyway a much better system.

I carry an old card wrapped in silver paper, and I put it into my wallet with the rest of my cards, and this blocks anyone from reading my cards.

You could test the theory by trying to scan a rewards card in a wallet with an old card covered with silver paper, to see if it will scan, and if it doesn't you will feel more secure.

Unfortunately we live in a world where there are a lot of money hungry weasels out there waiting to scam their next victims. As for Debit AND Credit 💳 Cards unfortunately since RFID was introduced things have gotten worse.

As for skimmers they have been around for seventeen plus years. In the earlier 2000’s skimmers were reading magnetic swipe strips & recording them & skimmers were showing up everywhere. Shortly after that banks were nice enough to introduce RFID & after that skimming got a lot easier. Nowadays you don’t even have to be in a store for someone to read & steal your card information. If someone walks within inches of you or even three feet away from you guess what your card information just got stolen it’s that easy. What I love the most are smart phones & I love it when people hold up their phone & pay that way & if you think that is more secure think again.

As for a debit card I don’t have one & I don’t want one. As for me I use a credit card & that credit card is not linked with my bank account in any way.

As for me I have an RFID blocking wallet & before that I aligned my old wallet with foil & I tested it with an RFID reader & it didn’t read the card. Nowadays you see them online & you see them in stores. RFID blocking sleeves. RFID sleeves slide over your card & please beware there are a lot of knockoffs & a lot of those knockoffs don’t work & believe me I tested them.

Some say cash is king & it is & a lot of people still use cash & as for me I only use it during emergencies or if I’m traveling & stop at a place that looks shady.

I never use ATM machines. I have never used a debit card, when I buy gas I have a gas company credit card that I always use. I have one other credit card I used for online purchases and another for everything else. I pay cash for everything else
