The Peachtree Road Race is one of the largest 10K road races in the world, with thousands of runners. The race is held every 4th of July in Atlanta Georgia USA.

The 2026 race had some controversy, not in the race itself, but in the official t shirt. People complained that there are two oopsies in the t shirt, one an obvious mistake and one not really a mistake but something shown differently than it should

Can you identify the two oopsies?

The obvious error is the abbreviation for Georgia, GA, not G. A.

The subtle error is the American flag. When hung vertically, the blue field should be in the upper left, not upper right as shown. You could argue though that it's correct as shown, you just need to look at the flag from behind it.

I'm going to guess the flags the wrong way round, people get a bit techie about that.

The writing is hard to read but I think it starts with "we the people" which is the constitution and not the declaration of independence.

I'm sure Americans will queue up to correct me.

Oh and that shirts way to big for her.

The dot in G. A. I guess is the "obvious". Other than that, what's not shown differently... it's yellow for a 4th of July event? Odd choice but yellow could mean something for said road race. Or there is no road in the picture?

Does it say America's 260th? It also says Atlanta G. A. , Thr abbrevistion for Georgia is simply GA
