Does the ice cream truck still come by your house?

As for me I live in a private development & unless the ice cream truck or any food trucks are invited in they are not allowed to come in. On the other side of things I’m not going to pay $8.00 for an ice cream when I can buy 8 or 12 pack of ice cream for the same or less. I rather drive to the store.
