I do sometimes. I will wake up in the morning and remember them and then promptly forget. I will even try to remember what it was about and can't. It is seriously like 5-10 minutes and then gone. I don't know why that is with me.
I had a psychology class senior year of high school. The teacher told us the best way to remember dreams longterm is to have a journal and write them down as soon as you wake up and it is fresh. Needless to say, I am far too lazy in the morning and morning pee takes precedence over writing, haha.

A good chunk of them, yes. I lucid dream a lot of the time and they are very vivid so I can wake up remembering them clearly. Now, maybe a few hours later I tend to forget, but initially it tends to stick.
