“Diversity is beautiful”. Why or why not?

Biodiversity is essential and mind blowingly beautiful and awesome.
Diversity of cultures around the world are absolutely wonderful.
Diversity of thought adds to human knowledge.

But if the statement refers to diversity as in DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) as it applies to trans-genders and radical LGBTQi+++ activists, it is insane. And pandering to insane people is not healthy or good. It is anything but beautiful.

It's only beautiful when the things blending actually mesh. If you mix soda and milk, you don't get goodness. You get spoiled, curdled milk.

To a certain degree yes but it also depends on the context in which that saying is being used.
