Did you know that...
A moment is a medieval unit of time. The movement of a shadow on a sundial covered 40 moments in a solar hour, a twelfth of the period between sunrise and sunset. The length of a solar hour depended on the length of the day, which, in turn, varied with the season. Although the length of a moment in modern seconds was therefore not fixed, on average, a medieval moment corresponded to 90 seconds.
So, the real question is...
What makes me feel good in 90 seconds?
There are several things. The first one that I think of is "Kissing my wife for 90 seconds".
A moment feels good when there’s peace, genuine connection, laughter, or the feeling that something meaningful is going right.
The minute I am able to quiet my thoughts and set them in order in silence undisturbed that's when I know a moment feels good to me.
In hot shower on my sore muscles after an intense workout.
