Has your car ever broken down on you in the middle of the road?

That happened with my last car. A couple of times. It was a scary experience, for sure. Thankfully, it started right back up.

On the road of life everyone gets sick & on the road unfortunately vehicles get sick from time to time as well. As for my vehicle it’s 15 years old & YES it had broken down & some of those times were during really bad weather & heatwaves as well. There is nothing like driving down the road & all your dashboard lights turn on & minutes later the vehicle shuts off. As for gas stations I like when you go to a gas station, turn off your vehicle, fill it up with gas & when you go to turn it back on Nothing Happens. My vehicle loves nails & as for me I’m a pro at changing SUV tires & a word from the wise if your vehicle has a spare tire make sure it has air in it or at least enough air to get you to a place where you can fill it up. As for breaking down in the middle of the road knock on wood it hasn’t happened & before it has happened I noticed things & I always managed to pull over & if you can pull into a parking lot life is good.

As for me I keep tools on hand & youtube & google works wonders.

I once ran out of gas on the highway while I was on the way to work, and I was only about a mile or so from my exit. And in late 2022, I hit a deer when I was on my way to visit family for the weekend. If either of those count.

Once … the old car my brother gave me when I didn’t have money to buy one yet.
the engine failed and I was 2 1/2 hrs from home and to my destination…

another time in the middle of a tunnel…

since then, all my other cars are fine.
