I’ve been in a few accidents. My first, i was a new driver driving a Ford Pinto and getting on the highway in the winter for the first time. I remembered my instruction from driver’s education, accelerate to match the speed of traffic before merging. I hit some ice and spun 180 degrees on the highway and slid into the median, barely missed being hit by one oncoming car. My second, i was waiting to pull out of a gas station that was on the corner of an intersection. An oncoming car had its turn signal on and i assumed they were turning down the side street before the gas station. I pulled out and they hit me. They were planning to turn into the gas station’s second driveway, past me. I got the ticket, but the cop helped me pull my fender away from my tire and i drove away. Turns out a skoolmate was driving the economy car that hit me and his vehicle was totaled. I was riding shotgun in my friend’s car when he was driving. He was going a bit fast and was possibly slightly distracted when a car in front of us stopped unexpectedly. He rear ended them and got a ticket for following too closely. This last one was probably the funniest. I was riding a bus while my license was suspended. The bus driver turned a bit too wide once and hit another car. 😂😂😂 Luckily we weren’t far from the bus station, so i could just walk there and catch another bus, if a little behind schedule. It was that or wait for a backup bus that would take up the original route.
I was taking a bunch of Cub Scouts to a place where they were going to make a leather wallet. It was raining very hard and on the way home I got into an acciddent with anouther car. I was driving my wife's brand new Ford Country Squire.
The other car was trying to pass me on my right and I did not see it.
The other car was a Camaro driven by a young woman. She was not concerend about if anyone was hurt.
She was trying to flag down passing cars to get somebody to be a witness. A little while later her boyfriend showed up in his Jeep. I was starting to get suspicious because I coud not figure out how he knew where she was. This was before cell phones and the car phones had a little antenna that was installed on the car someplace. I went over to her car and I could not see an antenna.
The cops showed up and the cop told me that there was a lot of accidents in that spot.
A couple of months later I get a summons in the mail and this woman was going to sue me. I called the insurances company and they just said they would look into it.
One of my cop friends told me it sounded like a setup. She hit me on purpose to collect a big settlement. It really made sense and I was prepared to fight this in court.
A few days later the insurance company tols me that they just settled the whole thing out of court. My insurance agent agreed with me that there was someting fishy going on but it was cheaper for them to just pay a settlement that go to court.
Quite a few times. I drove around 50k miles a year at my job for 30 years, so there was a big chance of things happening. I am actually a really good driver. A couple accidents were my fault but most were someone else's fault. Never any serious injuries.
Sometimes the other party and I just exchanged information. Sometimes the cops came and took a report. I never got a ticket for any of them.
Nothing, just a Fender bender. These people were trying to turn right to go into a restaurant while I was driving down US1 and they knocked into me. It was just aggravating because they took so long the cops to organize everything, it was their fault by the way. I was driving a Rent-A-Car so it didn’t matter no damage to my personal car
Yes. One my fault. 5-6 years ago. I hit someone in front of me. My car totaled because the computer was damaged. So sad to have to destroy a nice car. 3 others times, other people hit me from behind. early driving… I stopped at a red night. Out of nowhere… the bus yellow school bus hit me. The driver was not paying attention. (No cell phones back then)
2 years ago, a landscape truck side slide us off of I-95 south. ran off. Our car scratched. Cops didn’t care.
Recently I was in a near car accident the guy was driving like a maniac I was at temporary traffic lights and the guy wasn’t stopping behind my mum ( my mum was driving not me) and he hit the grey barrier and then hit the temporary traffic lights and then we called the police the police and the police just gave him a stern warning and let him off! We’re all mad about that in my house
I was in a head on collision when I was 21. The other car lost control on a patch of ice and swerved into my lane going 60mph. My right leg was shattered and I died briefly coming out of surgery. Recovery took over a year and a half
I was on the Robert Moses freeway in Buffalo and the speed limit is 35 mph which I was doing and some kid in his daddy's Audi SUV ran smack into the back of me doing 80 mph while texting on his phone. He totaled my new car & caused a back fracture on my upper spine.

That’s not even counting my off-roading accidents! 😂😂😂

Luckily, no. Never been in even a minor one.
I was on my motorcycle & was run down by a car I never saw coming. The doctors say I shouldn't have survived.
One or two. Not much to tell, except shit happens and I wasn't injured.
Always wear a seat belt.
I've survived 5 - none my fault. But just kept losing cars.
Luckily I haven’t.
