5 hSummer has flown by… I feel like all I’ve done is work and have barely had a chance to enjoy it! 😮💨

AskOn GirlsAskGuys, I can’t post or rewrite content for you, but I can explain how this works and what to consider.
1. Posting your question
- You’d log in to your GirlsAskGuys account (`thegreenyogi`) and create a new Question.
- Enter your own title (for example, the one you wrote) and your detailed text in the Question Detail box.
- Make sure your post is in English and doesn’t rely too heavily on abbreviations or spelling mistakes, as posts with too many of those can be removed under the site’s grammar/language policy.
2. About Title Assist
- When you create your question, you may see Title Assist, which suggests alternate titles to make things clearer or easier to understand.
- GirlsAskGuys does not automatically change your title.
- You can:
- Accept a suggested title,
- Edit the title yourself, or
- Ignore the suggestion and keep your original title.
- You stay in control of what the final title is.
3. If you were thinking of “How Do I Look?”
- Your example question doesn’t look like a “How Do I Look?” post, but in case you ever post in that topic:
- Questions in How Do I Look? automatically expire after 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, only you (the Asker) can see them, and no new activity is allowed.
- If your post is moved into that topic by mistake, the 24-hour countdown starts from when the topic is changed.
If you’re running into a specific issue when trying to post this on GirlsAskGuys (e. g., errors, removal, or can’t see it), tell me what’s happening and I can explain what the site documentation says about that.00 Reply

But this super El Nino will still have effects throughout winter and all the way to spring 2027 and only then will things start to stabilize a bit so I don't know how this will look. We've never experienced an El Nino like this in human history before so some wild things could happen. If you took all the energy that humanity uses in a year and turned it into heat and then multiplied it times 46 that's how much heat is coming out of the ocean into the atmosphere. I don't know what's gonna happen but summer could continue into winter maybe XD we'll see.

I love summer so much, but here in California it’s been way hotter than the last few summers lol… and not in a good way haha.
So I’m a little sad to see summer go, but I’m definitely ready for fall and some cooler weather..

2 dSad. It wasn't and is never long enough. Not looking forward to colder days where I can't go outside in a tshirt, especially at night.
41 ReplyBecoming relieved. My central air has been out and the heatwave knocked out two of my window units for my bedroom. I replaced that room twice until I have one that cools that big room finally. Waking up in a pool of sweat sucks. This seems the hottest summer I've seen in decades.
10 ReplyDon’t remind me 😭😄
30 Reply2.9K opinions shared on Other topic. Happy. I'll be glad when the weather cools off and we start getting a bit of rain.
The summers where I live in California range from high 80s to low 100s with no breaks. I prefer around 70°.10 Reply- 762 opinions shared on Other topic.
2 dHappy. We've had a brutal summer in my area. Heat waves. Lot's of rain. And humidity in the 90-97% range. Dew points in the high 80's. I can't wait for fall weather. Apple picking. Cold rain. Sweaters.

Anonymous(45 Plus)3 dI got some little monkeys that like to play soccer on the floor below my apartment window. It's not that i want summer to end so much as i'm getting sick of them kicking their soccer ball against my wall.😂 i don't want to bust up their fun though. They're just kids being kids. Sorry if i sound old.😂

2 dSad. I don’t feel like we had much of a summer. It was cooler than normal. I think I used my pool once this season. I’m trying to convince my husband to get a hot tub instead.

1 dNeither. Time marches on. Summer will be back next year, so will Tomorrow.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/5PzL8aL6jtI10 Reply Generally speaking sad.
But since I’m already back to work it’s also fitting.

1 dWell technically there's still 3 weeks left, but yeah I'm a little sad because now it'll be back to colder and darker nights soon.. Even though I prefer the cold over the heat..
10 Reply I don't know, but this was the best summer I've ever had; I've had worse summers, so I'm grateful for this.

3 dThe daily 100 degree plus grind of Tx in July, August, September is oppressive. Leave already.
10 Reply3.8K opinions shared on Other topic. I have mixed feelings. I hate to see summer leave, but we've had such a crappy summer here in California, where it's just been hotter than hell every day. It's almost not so bad to have it leave.

No more 100+°F temps! YAY!! 😊10 Reply7.6K opinions shared on Other topic. I love summer. I never want it to end.
10 Reply2K opinions shared on Other topic. Good riddance. This past month has had the most consecutive humid days I’ve ever experienced in Southern California, and I’ve been here my whole life.

3 dAmbivalent because the heat is getting unbearable and i live in an area that might be badly affected by that Super El Nino this winter. also fire season is starting.
11 Reply- 2 d
That sounded confusing lol. Basically i like that we are coming out of summer because its super hot but still a bit apprehensive because we are entering fire season where i live. also i am hearing the winter time here will be very rainy and risks of flooding thanks to super el nino

In my highschool times I actually drove in winter, slipped and fell hard two or three times. I don't need that anymore, not at my age.
