Would you live in a house like that in the photo? I would feel dizzy whenever I look at it 😵‍💫😄

Honestly, no. As a builder who was building a house for me once said, they're all just boxes. LOL, he had zero emotional attachment to the stuff he was building. I get it. And he was right. It's a big box we live in and right angles work best most of the time. Curved or weirdly angled walls are not as usable. Nor are pentagons, hexagons, octagons, or dodecahedrons. Forget about triangles and circles.

I guess an architect who built visually appealing but still functional stuff was Frank Lloyd Wright.

An earth berm home or even underground, but on a hill. NOT made of wood in any way but metals and concretes and such.

Why?

Protected from weather and flooding. Tornados and hurricanes would have little effect especially if the home is designed properly.

Thermally efficient.

Can easily be off-grid.

My house is this project. Slightly modified with aluminum roller shutter for windows and black anodized aluminum roof instead ceramic bricks like in project.

It's around 250 sqm. Unfortunately windows and doors for this project cost like a brand new car.

I like creativity and originality but I do try to avoid tackiness 😂 Weird for the sake of showing off misses the point. Subtle originality and weirdness is a lot more interesting, I think

They used to have a 3-story house like that at Cedar Point. Sometimes, when I was working there, I'd wander around in the park after hours and go through that house by myself. Sometimes, I'd even go through backwards, which meant I'd have to climb all the way up the spiral sliding boards in the silos at the end.

Within reason, yeah. But I prefer simpler homes or things like yurts, pithouses or grubenhaus.

The one in the picture looks like id break my legs inside lol and drunk id probably get dizzy looking at it

Like in the photo, no, as that is just designed to be odd not practical. But like a dome, yes, as they are far more efficient and unlikely to get wiped out in a hurricane or earthquake.
