I think a calm, natural voice is usually the least annoying. It doesn’t necessarily have to be deep, high-pitched, or have a particular accent. A voice that sounds relaxed, clear, and genuine tends to be pleasant to listen to. For me, the way someone speaks matters just as much as the actual sound of their voice—being respectful, not overly loud, and speaking naturally makes a big difference.

Monotone is fine. My second choice would be quiet, but that can get annoying if it becomes hard to understand what the person is saying.
