I think that there is a problem that those with childlike voices face, and that is being taken seriously. I would never place premature judgment on someone's ability before getting to know them, but I know high/soft voices -- paired with being a woman -- is something that likely is another hurdle in professional careers.

As for being annoying: No, not to me.

Many people have naturally soft, high, or otherwise "childlike" voices. It can't always be helped. And I feel bad for them, in that it is probably a hurdle in professional careers... for men and women alike who have such voices.

It's one of those things that adds onto you. Like if you're cute and sweet and shit, having that kind of voice will make you seem even cuter and sweeter.

But if you're annoying as fuck, having that kind of voice will make you seem even more annoying.
