Back then we'd cruise around in our cars with friends and listen to the great tunes of the 80's for fun.
Yep! You wouldn't believe how simple life was back then.
I'm so glad that I was able to experience my life during the simple times. 🙂

The 80's and 90's were great its was a time you didn't have to think about the lies or our government are even the elite running our lives are trying to set themselves up to run our lives
You weren't afraid of things in life on what could happen you basically just made things happen and lived life happy free

It's really kind of sad in a lot of ways that Kids nowadays Won't even Come close to experience in the things that we did

But it's a whole different generation of people that we were outdoor people we were doing things constantly

We rolled in the dirt And we were okay with that because we knew we could take a shower We didn't sit in front of the TV or play video games We went to concerts Into the lake

I would much rather lived in the '80s and 90s and in a kid in today's world but at the same time who knows maybe I would have gone crazy with computers and learned how to code and stuff like that but I still would rather be outdoors and living in the 80s and 90s

If you happened to be a white, heterosexual nuclear family with steady employment, two kids, a dog and a picket fence, then yes, probably.

On the other hand, many people were vilified, murder rates were high, many conveniences we have now were absent, uncontrolled business cycles saw unemployment above 10% and... then of course there was 'duck and cover'.

I'm sure people will be nostalgic about the 2020s in the 2060s too. Things change. Good things are genuinely lost along the way, but new good things are created.

Life is never simple, but the 1980's, as I remember them, were less stressful. than today You knew who your neighbors were, didn't always lock your doors, and talked with people, in person. People were also healthier in general, less obesity.
